Nature is in our hands. What will we do with it?

I found a little nest left abandoned. It was carefully and delicately made of leaves, twigs, and bits of plastic bags. I found it falling apart alongside the dirt road where I live. I added the pine cones to symbolize that we must make the effort to restore nature as best we can, knowing that we can never make her completely whole again.
